From 00:00 to 24:00 on August 17, 682 new confirmed cases were reported in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. There are 716 confirmed cases imported from abroad (no severe cases) and no suspected cases. A total of 21,780 cases have been confirmed, and 21,064 cases have been cured and discharged from hospital, with no deaths.
